By the time the bell rang interrupted Sela to the cafeteria to buy her favorite cake and candy snacks. Sella is very fond of sweet snacks such as candy, chocolate, and others. Unlike the case with Gisell, he does not buy snacks at school because it has brought provisions from home. His mother always prepares lunch with a very good and nutritious food for him. 

The next day, Sella came to school as usual. Sella experienced toothache that is marked by the size of the enlarged cheeks Sella. And at that time also peers from Sela and Gisel laughed at the changing faces of Sella. In the end Gisell invited Sella to play but he shook his head and moaned in pain while holding his cheek which also held the embarrassment of his friends. Come to Ibu Rima who is a teacher at Harapan Mulia Kindergarten to calm Sella who was moaning loudly. Rima's mother drove Sella home to his house to get him checked out to the dentist. 

Sella along with her mother went to the dentist to check her teeth. The doctor examines Sella's teeth with care. After being examined by the dentist there was a hole in Sella's teeth. That's because Sella likes to eat - foods like candy and chocolate but Sella lazy to brush his teeth. 

The dentist explains to Sella whenever the toothbrush is done and how to brush the correct teeth and it also explains how germs destroy the teeth when lazy to brush his teeth. After the incident Sella became diligent brushing his teeth when after eating and before bed because he did not want to feel the pain of teeth again. Now Sella has healthy, clean and strong teeth and can play with her best friend, Gisell, with joy.
